INTEGRATIVE HEALTH

Integrative Health Sessions begin with a 2 hour intake session to establish what concerns that you would like to address. This could be digestive issues to back pain to women’s health, together we will deep dive into the root cause of what you are experiencing and create a care plan unique to you. Returning visits are aprox. 1 hour and we will address shifts and progress.

MENTORSHIP

As a healer, artist and herbalist if you feel called to learn more about practices I am open to mentorship and working on your connection with spirit and self. These sessions can be one or as many sessions you are called to. The mentorship can teach you how to read oracles, scrying, noise shamanic modalities, wildcrafting, foraging, herbalism and formulations. We can also cover daily and home practices such as setting up an alter, moon ceremonies, crystal work and more.

The Akashic Records help identify the unchanging core of our own individual selves and help us understand to eventually confront the fears/phobias and other energetic and spiritual blocks or patterns we carry from childhood to past lifetimes. Sessions are able to be completed remotely or in person in a one hour reading.
